The redesign of the panels and some key components has significantly reduced assembly times, while optimizing ergonomics for maintenance and service operations. The new colour combination for the panels, RAL 7035 and Muns Black, gives our chiller line a more attractive and modern look. We have reduced the number of stickers applied to the frame, contributing to a reduction in the use of plastic and easier cleaning operations. In addition, we have adopted standardized packaging that uses less plastic, making the process more sustainable and environmentally responsible.

In addition to the previous points, in this range we have expanded our offer of single-phase machines by introducing new 4.7 and 5.6 kW models. In addition, for the three-phase versions we have introduced new intermediate models of 4.7 and 7.4 kW to ensure a more complete coverage of market needs. Furthermore, in this family in all those units with higher capacity, we have reinforced the input and output bracket to ensure greater stability and safety during circuit connection operations, thus improving the overall reliability of the system.

The transition from R407C refrigerant gas to R513A within this range has led to an increase in cooling capacity, contributing to an improvement in the overall energy efficiency of the system. This choice not only reduces the environmental impact thanks to a lower global warming potential but also guarantees full compliance with the F-gas 573/2024 regulation, ensuring that our systems meet the required standards until 2032.

New CH193-863 with R513A

Also in this range, the adoption of R513A gas allows the advantages already mentioned. Furthermore, the use of this ecological and non-flammable gas allows the installation of the equipment without risks in any environment, both outdoors and indoors. This feature makes R513A particularly advantageous compared to many chillers on the market, which use flammable gases or will use them from 2027 due to F-gas restrictions. The use of flammable gases in fact requires a more complex risk assessment and imposes additional regulatory obligations on the installer, increasing costs and complicating the installation process.

Another significant innovation introduced in this family is the OMI programmable controller, equipped with a fully customizable 4.3” touch screen and data logger for data storage. This multilingual device offers synoptic graphics that facilitate the control and monitoring of all the chiller functions, including the working pressures thanks to the pressure transducers used instead of pressure gauges. Furthermore, it supports a wide range of connections, including Ethernet, USB and RS485 and more, thus ensuring optimal flexibility for integration and communication with other systems.

There are optional extras available on all the models, these are shown as an extra price under the option "Bypass - Included".

From model CHW M 11A to CHW T 159A, it includes manual bypass and complete insulation of the hydraulic circuit.

From model CHW T 193A to CHW T 863A, it includes automatic bypass and low ambient temperature kit.
